Inexpensive, good performance, but tricky install for Linux

I have this installed on a Linux based system, and it is NOT supported in the kernel. It is supported with a user mode driver and does function properly, but it installing this driver REQUIRES kernel compiling and installing Dell's Kernel Make build sub-system. I recommend this device as the price fit the need, but for less then expert Linux users, I would recommend using a device that is supported in the kernel directly.
