This book is a great resource for anyone who wants to know more about the alkaline diet. It explains what that is, how it helps your health, and has 150 very easy-to-follow recipes to get started. I take it to the grocery store with me so I can get what I need...there are even simple lists to follow.

This book has many options...from beverages to desserts! The recipes are simple and use items I can find in most any store. It also offers tips on healthier products to use as I try to find substitutes for the 'traditional' products I've grown up with and used all my life.
And the best part is, the food still tastes great, and it is much healthier!
