Very good looking after judicious painting and weathering
These are well designed and detailed portals and look stunning if painted correctly and with a certain amount of patience. But, be aware that they are fabricated from brittle casting plaster and should be handled with utmost care or else! Other than that, they're great!

The sum is more than the parts
1 of 1 found this helpful This watch is the rare exception to the saying "you get what you pay for". The watch has kept perfect time from the get go with no problems whatever. I own other, far more expensive time pieces (Submariner) but invariably wind up wearing this one because of its stunning looks. I can't understand how it can be sold for around 20 bucks even though its made in China. It's a jeweled escapement (I can count 3 jewels, but there may be more). If you're looking for a unique, attractive and reasonably well made watch, get one of these!

Good looking and easy to install.
These Katos are more to scale and realistic than most other brands and assemble easily as there are only 2 parts to them. No special tools are required for assembly or installation... just remove the old toy couplers and snap these in
