Seller promised to include a heatsink with the purchase of 1 video card on 10 Dec, I made the purchase of 2 video cards 11 Dec. 12 Dec I informed him I bought the matching heatsink. Seller did not include the heatsink stating he had sold it right after promising to include it with the sale to me and "Sorry I forgot to tell you." He had 3 months to let me know that he didn't include the heatsink. The heatsink was part of the sale agreement, not including it violates the terms of the sale.

I just saw you wrote a bad review. I told people I had some parts not listed on eBay. They could have them free. When you purchased the video cards, the heatsink was gone. I still gave you the power adapter free.
It reminds me of a story. A boss gave two burgers to each beggar. When the last beggar’s turn, there was only one left, then he said the boss was a bad guy. I’m so pissed off. Now no more free burgers.
