  Nice item. I give neutral because seller started to renegotiate shipping after I made an offer. Claimed the shipping shown was off and needed more to cover it. The shipping, when it came, showed the same amount as was quoted in listing. Seller uses shipping costs to negotiate a higher price when you make an offer on an item.
