High Quality- Holds a Week of Supplements
I purchased this same item 5 years ago & still use it every day. Showing a little wear so I picked up a spare. I take supplements & each section holds about 7-8 average size capsules plus 3-4 small tablet/sofgels (depending on how you load it). The extra section is great. Zip pocket on top is small but handy for those once-a-week pill cards of 4 you can trim to fit. The zip case prevents spills in a handbag or tote. Wouldn’t be without mine!
