The conceot is great, and the exercises effective: you can really feel your hand and fingers work. However i wanted to share two negatives: it cuts blood circulation for your fingers after a while, the rubber rings are tight. Importantly the ball is falling apart after one week of regular use. There are tiny buts of plastic everywhere when i use it. It looks like a design flaw to me.
Eq Surf Ear Plugs Waterproof Orange

Too hard to fit
Product looks great but unfortunately I had to send these back. Impossible to fit and there are hardly any instructions provided by the manufacturer on how to use the fitting piece to insert the plugs. I was also planning to use these for freediving but the only reference to this is "do not use below depths of 3 metres". Sorry I would have really appreciated more information on how to use the product.
The right plugs for freediving and underwater rugby
The products are well designed, and great quality - a lot of care has gone into making these. My only issue is with the fitting - lot of effort has gone into providing lots of different sizes but I would have liked a video animation that shows how the plugs fit INSIDE the ear canal because it's hard to check that the plugs are properly in place and I am still in doubt that the product is working as intended - so I have contacted the manufacturer about this. Anyhow, I have been looking for plugs that allow me to equalize when playing underwater rugby and freediving. So far I haven't noticed a difference in that respect down to 6 meters so all good. It's so nice to come out of the pool/water and have dry ears.
Finally, I also noticed cheaper products on eBay that look identical and I am not quite sure what to think about these other than the price tag is perhaps a little high?
