Overall a great chair, a little intense for me, but definately does the job!
Great chair, but I wish you could adjust the level of intensity a bit more - was sore after first use, and find myself pulling away when it massages certain areas. Feet and legs feel like they are always pulling up - like you have to push down with your feet to extend for height. Quit pushing, it pulls back up.
Biggest complaint about this chair is assembly. Directions were horrible. Honestly, have someone is fluent in English write the directions. Do a video. We were missing a screw for the control arm, and the air bag hookups for the side panels come with two connectors - on each side of tube, that don't connect. I figured it out, but way more trouble than it should have been. You spend this much on a chair, you should be able to follow along with a video that would make assembly so easy.

No lid, but for the savings - who cares?

Lightweight and good sound.
Power switch seems backwards, opposite of what you expect it to be. Volume controls double as advance or back, and can be a bit confusing. It is compact, looks nice. Isn't super loud, but good sound quality.
