Sells fake knock-off products, and offers only 10% as a "resolution". Ignores emails, provides no customer service. I compared their product with a genuine camera purchased from Hikvision and there were so many differences, but the seller claims its because I purchased an "open box" version. An "open box" would not have so many key differences, no mounting hardware, shoddy workmanship, and come in a plain cardboard box. This seller is the type that makes you realize why eBay has a bad reputation

We offered 10% refund and we are sorry that the amount did not meet your expectation.We only seller genuine products, we sell plenty of the cameras model you purchase, if we sell fake products FBI will already caught us.The listing was open box condition, the orginal package was damaged so we used a plain box to protect product.
