The ViewSonic ViewPad7 is as good as the Galaxy Tab, and costs a lot less.
When I read that the Viewpad7 could take a SIM card and become a smart phone that immediately got my attention. That it was fully compatible with the Android Marketplace Apps was another eye opener. Although my Samsung android phone covers all of the above, my ViewPad7 has bigger bolder text fonts and I text a lot. The screen quality is considerably better than my android phone, and the battery life is just great.The included headphones were uncomfortable for me and the sound was not up to standard.I have added a 16 Gig Micro SD card and I am very happy with my Viewsonic ViewPad7. Finally, you can't beat the $300.00 price tag for the features offered.

Cheap Toy experience.
Dials do not operate smoothly. Even after focus is done for each eye, viewing experience equates to that of using cheap binoculars. Waste of money
