Kitchen aid versitility
The Weston french fry cutter and veggie dicer is made fairly strong, and is easy to clean after use. My issue with it was that on softer vegetables instead of feeding through when they were against the blades it smashed between the blades and the press. In most cases I found it faster to cut by hand then using the cutter. The reason I purchased the Weston was to speed up the cutting process and save me time in prep work. It did just the opposite with smaller and softer vegetables and for the price mark of the Weston I felt it was about 50% to expensive for what it accomplishes. It works but not well enough in my opinion.
