Fun flying fox but watch out for the harsh landing

This is a decent kit, with everything needed and useful instructions. The equipment seems sturdy enough, even for an adult. The cable is not as thick as professional stuff but seems to cope with the span required of it. Our only complaint is that the soft-landing spring at the end tends to coil and bind up on itself well before it is fully compressed (because the diameter of the cable is so much smaller than the inside diameter of the spring). This means that the decelleration is not as gentle as it should be, which matters because this thing is crazy fast with a mild slope and when launching anywhere more than half-way along its length! I found that greasing the cable and spring helped somewhat, but not enough. This problem might be common to all such spring setups - I don't know, but it needs improving.

Worked instantly, Win & Mac

Worked instantly, plug and play, for both my Windows 10 and Hackintosh machines (Sierra & High Sierra.) I bought it for the latter after too many troubles with the on-board sound card. Great value.
