  Unfortunately, there was an issue with the item, which led to me asking the seller to cancel the order, in light of the information I was given by him/her. While this particular transaction didn't work out, the seller did go out of his/her way to inform me of the issue before it was shipped, and we were able to work things out immediately. The level of customer service this person gave was exceptional, and I hope I can do business with them again soon.
