    Book was very poorly packed and the package was wet through when it arrived and fell apart in my hands. The book inside had no protection of any kind and was also wet. The seller did apologise, but they also tried to blame the problem on AusPost, who definitely weren't responsible for the packing (or the weather). Will not buy from this seller again and can't recommend to others.

    Item was securely packaged and posted promptly. The product is small and would normally fit easily in most letterboxes. Unfortunately, weather conditions and postal handling by AusPost appear to have caused the damage, which was beyond my control. Apologies that your experience was not as expected.
