Elf girl figure just came today. She looks great and is perfect. Seller was polite and courteous speedy delivery but my one complaint is the box that she comes in is mangled and crushed but luckily elf girl is not damaged. The tape you guys put around the bubble wrap and the outer most shipping package did not save from the box getting crushed. I think I will do business with you guys again I’m not sure yet
