Good for some things. Not for others
2 of 4 found this helpful If you just want to watch video's or use the GPS while driving, this product is actually fine. But unfortunately for what I need and the way I use a phone mount this product is a loser in my book, just because I record videos as a YouTube creator and this mounts design leaves way too much play and no support. That means a lot of shaking which is definitely not good when recording. I know the way it was designed was to make it easily adjustable so you can move it around freely, but the downside of all that flexibility in the neck is very flimsy support. So if you are just looking for something to hold your phone for basic accessibility,it's fine to save some money and purchase this item. But if you are planning on recording, go with a more stable support neck.

Spend the extra money to get a bigger one. Unless you really NEED something small.
The product is OK. I was supes excited about ordering b/c my apartment is hot in the summer even with the air cranking. I wasn't expecting the world at $25. But I was expecting that if I have it on blowing towards me it would help keep me much cooler in the house. But I ordered 2 actually. And one of them burns through water like crazy, and the other one can run all night and only use about 75% of the water in the tank. So honestly, I don't even know which one isn't working right. Is it better if they go through the water faster or not? And I put both of them directly in front of me in the living room on the hot days, but I have to also put my small fan on in front of them, and then I also still have to have my large fa pointed directly in front of me too still. And unfortunately, I haven't noticed any difference in the temperature of the living room as a whole or them helping my large air conditioner to keep the room cooler. If I had it to do over again, I would have just spent $70 and got one bigger one. Maybe it would work better. But now, I'll never know. I'm just stuck with these. At least I tried. Also, I don't like that they came with USB cords, but no power block, and they don't actually charge.
