It came with out ink, Scan glass is cracked in 2 places, Different
no ink, scan glass cracked in 2 places different cartridge feed. pick this one up and send me a good brand new one with every thing it's supposed to have. Please I'm going crazy with all these mishaps. It is not fair for me to have to go thru this each time. have UPS pick this up and send me a brand new one with every thing it is supposed to have.
