U.S. MOTORS 5862 Motor,1/2,1/3 HP,1075 rpm,115/208-230V

NOT a universal plug n play replacement.
Although the sales/marketing people and brochures might want you to believe this is a universal plug n play replacement blower motor, that has NOT been my experience with Carrier/Bryant/Payne systems. Not even close. I'm someone with 30 years repairing HVAC units and I'm also someone who actually does read manuals when dealing with something new. Just so you know this review isn't being written by a clueless idiot. Here are some of the actual real-world problems I've encountered when using the U.S. Motors Rescue line: 1) Motor only runs at extremely slow speed in all modes (heating/cooling/etc.) And that's with both hooking the wiring harness from the control board directly up to their included EZI box and with using the adapter harness in-between, which the manual says to use if the motor won't run or you can't control its speed. But problem remained even with it and the speed dials on the EZI had no effect. 2) Motor runs at normal speed for heating/cooling but runs extremely slow in continuous fan mode. 3) Motor ignores on/off delay settings on the control board. What's worse, Nideq/US Motors tech support doesn't seem to exist. Yeah, they say they do but no one ever gets back to you. I'm not exaggerating. I've tried contacting them multiple different ways at multiple different times and no one ever got back to me. In fact, I don't know a single person that's ever gotten a reply from them. I'll end by saying that yes, this line of motors may work OK in some systems but I can't recommend them as a universal choice because they don't work OK in others and I've learned the hard way mor than once that you can't rely on getting any help from them either.

Combination Carbon Monoxide Alarm Battery Operate CO Detector#
11 February 2019
NOT a COMBINATION alarm
Beware of sellers claiming this is a "combination" alarm. It is not. It only detects CO2, not smoke/fire. Also, read other reviews for the person who tested it and discovered it takes a high concentration of CO2 to activate the screen and an even higher concentration to activate the alarm. Do you really want to risk the lives of you and your loved ones with a low sensitivity sensor when you can buy a higher quality name brand model for just a few dollars more???
US Motors 5861 Rescue EZ16 3/4-1/3HP 115/208-230V ECM Motor

Inferior Product with No Support.
Manufacturer markets these as "The Ultimate Truck Stock Motor™". But, in the opinion of myself and others I know, that would only be true from the perspective of being the ultimate in callbacks and frustration. For example, compared to the OEM Gentec blower motors these would often be used to replace, they have issues such as running MUCH slower in continuous fan mode (e.g. when the compressor isn't operating to heat/cool), they also ignore the shutoff delay set on the AHU control board, etc. Again, these are problems which do not exist with the original Gentec models. Which might not be an ongoing source of frustration IF the U.S. Motors support department ever actually provided any support. But, they don't. I've tried contacting them multiple times and they've never once gotten back to me. And I literally don't know anyone else whose ever received any support from them either. Therefore, I would never recommend any HVAC contractor or tech use these for truck stock. In fact, I wouldn't even recommend them as a rescue replacement motor. Instead I'd encourage the customer to wait an extra day or two, if necessary, to install a Gentec rather than live with years of frustration by settling for one these ECM models from U.S. Motors. Not to mention, just imagine if you ever needed the warranty support.
