  purchased 2 items - buyer claimed they did not know how to combine postage and to make extra payment which they would refund additional postage - 3 requests over 3 weeks for postage refund were ignored until finally seller requested feedback before making refund as per email as follows : could you please leave feedback before I address the outstanding balance .- clearly seller only wants positive feedback before addressing refund - this is feedback solicitation - a very poor experience
