  Beautiful item & as described. Packaged well but It took the seller 9 days before posting this item, so quite a long wait with no communication & it felt like I was “bothering her” when I finally enquired if my item had been posted. Lacking in customer service skills which is a shame as it would stop me from purchasing again .

  I was 1 day late sending! Listing clearly states I dispatch once a week, in 5 working days. I responded to your message clearly and politely reiterating the information in listing. I am not responsible for how you "felt", says more about you perhaps than me? In your own words the shoes are a "beautiful item as described" yet you feel it fair and appropriate to leave a negative review for something which was dispatched a day late! Need I mention they were also an absolute steal! Now blocked
