Terrible Bluetooth connectivity

Regular Bluetooth issues - sound dropping in and out with all devices. Thought it was my iPhone 7 so bought the latest iPhone 12 - same issues. Tried everything recommended by Bose, no luck. Terribly disappointing, especially for the $399 price. $20 earbuds work better.

Comically undersized

It is too small to be called a knock box. So small that it can’t practically serve it’s purpose. Looks fine in pics, but tiny in reality. Disappointing.
