    Seller sent the steelbook in just a padded envelope, despite my clear request during the sale to pack it securely. I was very lucky it arrived intact, but this could have ended badly. Please take customer requests more seriously in the future — proper packaging matters, especially for collectible or fragile items. Otherwise, communication was fine and the item was as described

    There was a miscommunication with International French Buyer. Translation was to pack securely so it was shipped in bubble wrap with double shrink wrap in a bubble wrap mailer. No mention of box in request.
