Post says a very different address was written on package. Multiple contact attempts by me. Minimal response from seller. No resolution attempted or provided. Has put me off buying on EBay. Very poor service by this seller. Never had this experience before on EBay. Disgusted by the lack of care and responsiveness.

When I contacted them they prompted refunded me. There communication was a bit lacking. They did not tell me what the problem was, nor did they apologize. There was, however, no issue with the refund.

If he informed me about it and the tracking number, I could have received the item from the closest place the courier left it. All are good now. I needed the item and I am happy. He communicated later very nicely and I could get the item. Thanks to the seller.
