Excellent and Insightfdul book on doing business right

This easy to read book epitomises what I feel is th only sustainable direction all business can take. To understand how to contribute to the lives of others and do so profitably, where everyone wins, is what this book is about. This and LEADERSHIP IS AN ART (DePree) are my two favourite NON-HOW-TO books on the true point of business

Ageless is the best term for this series

I had never watched YES MINISTER and one day when driving home I heard one small part of one episode on the radio. I was frankly blessed by about the most clever comedic dialogue I had ever heard. I rented the first disc that day and watched it right through - sheer brilliance. Right out of the gate, the characters were fully resolved, with all the subtleties and nuances you'd expect from a long-running show. Well, the rest is history as they say - I purchased the entire series and enjoy every second of it. by the way, there is an Australian show, called "GRASS ROOTS" that is comparable - set in local government, it contains all the machinations and comedy of errors, of Yes Minister, but with a local, small town flavour.

Vital viewing for new designers and old

This documentary is a must-see for anyone in design and struggling with remaining 'true to vision'. - apart from being an amazing designer, Maya Lin demonstrates great humanity and true poise as she creates powerful reminders which encourage the rest of to deepen our contemplation and push toward higher-order existence.
