Product 9/10. Customer support (troubleshooting 10/10)
The product is just as I expected. Since it is heavy, it could have had a bit more comfortable lift-up grip (occasionally you need to lift it up) under the little finger. but it is 9/10.
Customer support is 10/10. Had some trouble with the delivery company, was provided useful information instantly and that worked. Love you guys.
