  Positive for the seller.. they sent the item off.. however once Australia Post had it the travelled it everywhere else but to me. In the meantime the seller got in contact to see if I had received my order and I informed them that I hadn't. They stated if necessary they had a replacement. One final check with Australia Post. they confirmed they lost it. So as i wasn't a massage distance away i was able to pick up the replacement from the seller. With a few extra DVDs.. can recommend this seller.
