Fatal Frame II: Scary and FUN!
2 of 2 found this helpful I love the game overall. The story is what drew me most to buy this game, because its so horrifying, yet so well told. You're fighting off ghosts with a camera, known as the camera obscura, which I have yet to see any other game do when it comes to killing the undead in a unique way. The music, when there is music, and the dialogue is well done and well placed, and its key to listen to the ghosts in order to know when to run or when you should strike out at them. The gameplay is solid, though there are occasional glitches here and there and backtracking, not that I mind that.
The first person view adds to the tension. it has a lot of replay as different endings are available as well as unlockable costumes and the desire to try and get 100% with all the photographs. The x-box version also comes with an alternate ending known as the Promise Ending. I would highly recommend this game to anyone who wants a different kind of horror game. Its a well told horror story that will have you worrying about ghosts wandering around your house playing it late at night.

Time Hollow - Short but epic
1 of 1 found this helpful This game, was soooo much fun to play. And the concept for the game is pretty cool too, who wouldn't want to change time? You use your stylus to draw holes in time with your 'pen' to change aspects about the past to change the future. The main character Ethan is a likeable guy, rather all the characters are likeable, and the game is pretty straightforward and self explanatory. There is an in game tutorial so you don't need the booklet.
Even the villian has likeable qualities. And you do come to hate him in the end. Least I did.
Its short. Really short. For a game with such epic potential, it was really really short. I haven't replayed it yet to see if I can get a different ending, but I enjoyed it. The music is great, the ending song is just amazing, the animation is clean and crisp. I'd highly recommend it if you're looking for a game to play that's quick to beat, or just want a great story. I hope that there's a sequel to this game sometime in the near future.
