One of the pads is dysfunctional- it cam out of the box with one pad hanging out of place and the contact wires were loose on this one pad.

One of the pads is dysfunctional- it came out of the box with one pad hanging out of place and the contact wires were loose on this one pad. Because I am traveling. I will see if my Electrician friend can fix it. If not I would like to send back to YOU.
