Upon receiving the items, came immediate disappointment. There were several defects that were not mentioned in the description or shown in pictures. Packaging was poorly done, causing damage to some of the items during shipping. Only 1 of 2 consoles worked, though it also had defects the seller failed to mention. Seller is not able to properly work with customers if a bad experience arises & made the transaction a complete nightmare. Seller would not agree to partial return & partial refund.

This feedback is inaccurate. When he messaged me we talked about what possibly could have happened, with usps damaging item. I agreed on him sending back the items, but then he stated that he had already refurshished some of the items and that he would then lose money. After that remark i asked what else then he would want to do and he asked for over half of his money back, when i had already taken a lower than wanted offer, accurate info, this was a nightmare.
