Easy read (and touching) of a true historical event

The escape of three aboriginal girls from the Moore River Mission and return home to tribal land by following the rabbit proof fence Amazing story of Aboriginal resiliance and determination. The best thing is that it is a true story, and written by an aboriginal woman who was a descendant of the chief character, Molly Craig.
