  SCAM! STAY AWAY! Refused to ship the item. First made up a story about not having access to it, then made up stories about how I didn't pay on time or lied to him and as a result he was canceling the sale. Yet he refused to refund my $ and lied again saying ebay was investigating me and only a buyer can request a refund. Had to wait 3 weeks for ebay to finally refund me. Worst experience ever! This guy is either a scammer or has dementia, either way - STAY AWAY!
