Sent an open box/damaged item (seller states USPS may have opened/damaged package in shipping), seller refused request for a refund of item (in fairness item listing did state no refunds) and stated would need to complain to USPS, had to get eBay involved to resolve, and again when seller did not issue refund for item when it was received days ago. Great price

This a good value for this product. I'm not keto, but have problems with fat-malabsorption. MCT oil is absorbed more easily than most fats, which has been a real life saver and great way to add calories and healthy fat. This contains a blend of palm and coconut oils, which has a less noticeable flavor than the slight taste I've noticed with MCTs from pure coconut oil (though not enough to make a difference either way).
