I had a great experience! The parts arrived super fast, they were packed well, both wrapped in bubble tape, all in a thick carboard box. Got a little scared at first because there were no threads for the big arm pad bolts, but that is by design, the screws self-tapped perfectly. This also fully shows that they are brand new! I got them both installed, it took about an hour, but I was being super careful. And now my old Aeron'a arms are like new! I will absolutely buy again from this seller!
