As per other buyers feedback, it seems this seller doesn’t always intend to post the goods hoping buyers don’t process a refund for such a low cost item.
In my 10+ years buying on eBay, I have only once not received an item. Now with this buyer, this has happened twice - I don’t think this is a coincidence.
