Some good ideas

I bought the full book on the gut makeover and I have been feeling the benefits. I'm three weeks into the four week plan and my gut is so much better. My skin is looking the best it has done in years and I've lost a little bit of weight too. The recipe book itself gives you the outline for the eating plan and you could probably just purchase this book. It has some interesting and innovative recipes in there but no pictures and the paper it's printed on is cheap and porous. This plan would be almost impossible for a vegan and it's pretty tough as a vegetarian. There are lots of good meat recipes (which I haven't tried) and plenty of salad ideas. It's a good jumping off point to start being creative with your own tastes.

So far so good

Much smaller quantity than expected, glad I went for the 8lt. So far my orchids have survived re-potting but only time will tell. Quick delivery. Would recommend.

It doesn't sit straight but it does the job

I bought it for my little dog, she likes it but not as much as she likes her open-top bed. It came packaged flat so it doesn't stand in a perfect cube shape, which annoys me a lot. The cushion inside is soft and warm and it didn't come with an over powering "new" smell which I think is a good thing. It's pretty pricy for £20.
