    Good seller to deal with, though the packaging of a mere plastic bag gave zero protection against Royal Mail's rough treatment. As the book was already in a very, er 'vintage' condition, I let the rounded corners defect issue pass [Royal Mail again?]. Had this rare book been in fine condition and subsequently damaged by Royal Mail due to lack of protective packaging I should have been requesting a return/refund!

Sparks to a Flame
It is hard to think that these guys (Sparks, aka Ron and Russell Mael) are now 69 and 72 and still making great music and performing live as good as people half their age. This concert was filmed at the London Forum in 2006 and features many of their classic songs; This Town Aint BIg Enough, Number 1 song in heaven Amateur Hour, When do I get to sing My Way?Dick Around, Something for the girl with everything, Never Turn your back on mother earth (what a beautiful song) which has been covered by several artists. The presentation is quite bizarre at times, including Ron doing his shuffle dance but never less than entertaining. If you only ever watch 1 Sparks dvd then make it this one!

I bought this supplement to help with mood swings and post menopausal symptoms in general and they have definitely helped a bit. I would suggest people try the small packet of 30 tablets then if you find they work you could buy the 300 tablets pack which is a bargain. You take 3 a day incidentally.

Fantastic, tought provoking series tracing several geenrations of one family from Kunta Kinte who is captured as a teenager and taken on a stomach churning journey to America where is sold as a slave at a market. We follow the tirals and tribulations of Kunta Kinte and his family until the abolition of slavery. Brilliantly acted, poignant, unbelievable how men could treat other men. Better than any history lesson.
