I love this DVR I have had Q-see brands for several years. I have been replacing my DVR's every two years and this year the one i had was still under warranty and they were making me jump through hoops to get it repaired. I said i have had enough and looked to purchase a different brand. Since everything in my home is Samsung i decided to go that way, i am very pleased with the purchase and the quality and ease of use and the tech dept is great. i did a test call to see and there're very helpful. I love the new camera system.
