Informative and entertaining.
I bought this after seeing and hearing it read at an undersea animals class for preschoolers. Good illustrations, interesting text, has fold down flaps.

Good beginning science experiments book!
Gives step-by-step instructions for over 12 science experiments, including demonstrating why water turns to ice, what causes static electricity, and how to create bubbles. Easily obtainable materials required, good for beginning experimenter.
