Excess Homicide
In Excess Homicide, Hanson is beginning to find a smooth writing style which better fleshes out his two stock characters. It is part of a series set in Colorado/Utah/Arizona. I purchased all the books in the series because they were advertised as "Four Corners Mysteries." While they are not really set in the area so loved by Tony Hillerman (and me), they are pretty good books. There are two more which came out after this one (and two or three before it). Not a bad series, overall. Certainly, the strength lies in the last two books, but this one is an okay mystery set in an interesting location.

Pleased with my watch
Face is large enough to read comfortably and the band fits nicely. Just received it, so I do not know how long it will last, but it seems good quality.
