It gets soft in hot water
There is a technique to use this. Cut into 4-5 pieces, leave pieces in hot water for 2 min before use, it becomes very soft and then flatten it.. ready to use!

Very practical and useful
This is really a cool item. Checked the price tag when I got it, and it was $140 in Japanese Yen.
Very practical. First when it came, I stuffed it with some stuff so it get its form and stays solid.
When you get it, read the instructions and be clear on how to mount it:

Battery not chargeable, does not remove hair, very basic. Not worth the money.
Not impressed, should have bought VS SASSOON which is chargeable. This suits someone with thin short hair. Didn't help at all. Had to go back to depilatory cream which is a mess.
