They work, just like the old Lutron dimmers
I replaced 15 year old Lutron dimmers with these so they would dim Sylvania LED bulbs properly, replacing incandescents and some fluorescents. Funny, the LEDs dimmed just fine with the 15 year old dimmers, and the new dimmers, other than a small ability to control the lowest dim level, work exactly the same. So, yes these Lutron's work fine and are good quality. The question is whether they were really needed. At $23 per dimmer, it's an important question.
