  The seller asked me not to pay via eBay ( I assume to avoid the fees ) we organised collection as the listing was detailed with all items ready to go but I was then informed I would have to get all the items downstairs as the seller was unwilling to do this , when I pointed out that the seller hadn’t stated that in the details the seller then got on there very high horse and cancelled the order , all in all a disappointing experience

  Firstly the disappointing experience was you. You were told from the outset that the wardrobe was dismantled but upstairs and you would need help to get all items downstairs. I explained that my elderly mother would be there to let you in but I don’t live locally so therefore was unable (not unwilling) to assist. I asked for cash on collection as most people do when a large item is picked up. I cancelled the sale because of your obnoxious tone when messaging me. You are my only negative review!
