Works like a charm!
1 of 1 found this helpful I had a CM 7777 mast mounted pre-amp that was recently took out by lightning. It was located on a 50' tower and I've gotten too old now to climb up and reach it. I hired a lift to make the journey this time. I just bypassed the amp and installed this unit in my basement where I will have MUCH easier access to it in case of future failures.
The 7777HD performed just as well as the mast mounted amp when set to the 30db position.

You get your bang for the buck.
Very rugged built. Fairly quiet when operating. In fact, makes no noise at all when on low speed. Easy installation.
I was so impressed, I bought four of these to replace all of the worn out ceiling fans in my house.
