Harry Potter & the Half Blood Prince Blu Ray
1 of 1 found this helpful This film does a good job of condensing the book into a shorter-time frame but has a little slower pace than what many Potter film may be accustomed. It focuses more on the personal interaction between the characters as they come to terms with their secret inner feelings for each other; therefore, if the viewer is expecting an action-packed cinema experience, this is not it. The film does what it's supposed to do, which is act as the set-up vehicle for the final two films. Viewers will not be able to fully understand the storyline in the final installments without seeing Half Blood Prince as it builds the foundation for what happens next.
Overall, it is a good film but don't expect an all-out roller coaster ride.
