Double your oven capacity!
This is genuine ILVE product. It is the same high quality - and exactly the same dimensions - as the wire rack that came with our oven. Now that it is a bit dirty, I can't tell them apart!
I can't believe it took me nearly 15 years to get a second wire rack. I'm now tuning out trays and trays of cookies in half the time, and making both main and desert for the same meal in the same oven!

A lot of screwing and unscrewing required
This is a cool gadget, well made with nice sharp blades, and easy to clean.
And my children love to eat vegetables once they are spiralised!
But there is a lot of unscrewing required before you can put your next piece of carrot into the machine!
I'm not sure what I was expecting, and if there are other machines that do this in a less labour intensive way, but all that extra twisting will take some getting used to.

Form over function
This is a sleek design, and available in such beautiful colours - what a shame that the scale is all wrong!
With an opening of just 7cm diameter, it is impossible to get your fingers in to grab a "pinch" of salt.
The coordinating ceramic spoon (included) is a lovely touch, but mine arrived broken (the handle is quite narrow).
If you like dainty suff in your kitchen, then it's OK. But this is not the sturdy salt pig that Grandma had on her kitchen bench!
