Good options
If you’re like me and in a hurry sometimes I like using the pastry mat so I can also roll it up as soon as I finish, place it in a paper lunch bag and wash it at a later date if I choose to.
leaving flour on it doesn’t seem to Hurt it if you forget to clean it up for a few days.
It keeps your counter surfaces clean and the mat rolls out really well, nice and flat with no buckling or curling.
Dough doesn’t stick with flour but even with out it works pretty well.
so it’s very easy to use but do not cut any pastry on it .I did cut a little edge of my pastry mat with a knife accidentally so it’s not infallible.
Washes easy, drys quickly and rolls up for less space.
I like mine better the more I use it.

No problems
Was just as stated, had minor scratches, to be expected on something used like a mixing bowl, no dents or dings. Fit my mixer base nice and flat, screws on as intended.

Nice replacement pieces
I bought these to replace the pieces that were lost with an old KitchenAid mixer they were perfectly I haven’t had any problems with flaking or peeling.
