  I don’t know if these weren’t brand new or just defective. The microphone on them is very muffled and I’ve tried all the trouble shooting I was able to find online. I ended up buying a new pair at a store and they work perfect so it’s not operator error. Item was received quickly, but unfortunately doesn’t work properly and nobody can hear me (I hear fine though). No returns either so I’m out the money. Lesson learned, I tried to save some $ and instead spent more.
