Distorted after 2 months

Bought a pair. Rear tire has grossly distorted after 2 month's basic commuting. Wavy side-walls that distort the tyre's rolling surface. Subsequent vibration felt while riding. Refitting tyre does not fix issue. No returns or warranty offered. Not sure I'd bother buying more.

Good value, good looks

Good value, looks as good as the $600 European model it replaced, albeit not as powerful, but therefore quieter. We never used full speed on the old hood anyway. It's 40 mm shallower than most canopies, so doesn't protrude into our kitchen as much, and we don't bump our heads any more. Only complaint is that the buttons are cheaply made and very noisy, producing a very loud 'click' when switching speeds or switching off. Minor complaint that we've gotten used to.
