Was NOT new and was NOT sealed in the box.
The product was NOT new and it wasn't in a SEALED box. It was in a box.. There was NO packaging and NO information on operating the camera.
I did plug it into the cigarette lighter and it immediately displayed an error code. Just as soon as I can find any documentation on the camera, I should be able to determine what the error is referencing.
So until I know how to operate the camera, I can't answer if:
1. Is it a good value
2. Is it of good quality
I can answer that I would NOT have bought the camera had it not been advertised as NEW and in a SEALED box.
All I can answer is it came on and has an error message on the screen......
