Really exciting
2 of 2 found this helpful For me Shakespeare is either hit or miss. Few things are as boring as Shakespeare done badly. But Shakespeare done well is truly approaching the height of western culture. This production of The Hollow Crown is the latter.
Whether you liked The White Queen series or not this series is well worth checking out as a “prequel” companion series telling the story of the origins of the Wars of the Roses. And Tom Sturridge doesn’t get enough credit for his portrayal of Henry VI. Bravo!
